What is a Weight and size?

A heavier package that is smaller in size may or may not cost more to ship than a lighter package that is larger, depending on the carrier. If all your products have a similar weight and size, you’re best shipping strategy will be different than if you sold products in a variety of sizes and weights.

Packaging and packing materials

Some products require extra packing to ship safely; others are temperature sensitive, fragile, or perishable. Special packaging, materials, and shipping methods all increase shipping costs. 

Is the product I'm looking for in stock and available?

You will be able to tell on the product page whether or not a product is in stock and available, as the availability of the product will be listed as “Available,” “Back-Ordered” or “Made to Order.”

What are your return policies?

When will I receive my order?

Most of our ready products will be delivered within 2-3 days. Specialty Masjid Wall Clock may take up to 4 weeks around for delivery.

Are you an authorized Dealer?

We are a manufacturer of some Islamic products and authorized Dealer also for some brand available on our site.

What is covered by your warranty?

Our warranty extends the full manufacturer's warranty. Total coverage is available.

Is express shipping available?

Express shipping is available in some ready products.

How do I get service on I purchased from your store?

Service is available for items under warranty from the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer via +91 93280 85084 the number published in the manual of the item that you have purchased.

Can I redeem a coupon with you online?

Yes. Coupons can be redeemed at checkout.

Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver everywhere in the All India. Delivery is also available in all over world though extra charges may apply for those locations.

How do I get work done under warranty?

Contact the manufacturer via the phone number available in the manual that came with your product. If you cannot get in touch with them, call +91 9328085084 – +91 98985 72997 and we will try to help you as best we can.

Are phone or internet orders better?

Ordering online is a quicker process but either way you will get your products in a timely manner.

Are there taxes on products ordered from you in my state?

Sales tax is applicable on orders in the All India. Outside of Outside of India you should follow your own countries rules.

Do you sell refurbished products?

We only sell new products straight from the manufacturer, in the box. Even our overstock items are new and in box.

Damaged product returns?

Please view our Return Policy as below.

   Step 1 — Get a Return Authorization

Request a return authorization by calling +91 93280 85084 – +91 98985 72997. Please call if your item was shipped by freight carrier, was shipped direct from the manufacturer, or involves a defective product.

   Step 2 — Pack your items carefully

Return items in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals. To protect products in shipping. Please use the original over-box and the manufacturer’s packaging.

   Step 3 — Attach the shipping label

For most returns, you will receive a return shipping label along with your return authorization number. Remove or mark out the original labels, then securely tape one completed label to each package.

   Step 4 — Give the package to DHL/Delhivery or other official.

Take it to any official DHL/Delhivery drop-off site. For the location nearest you.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept money orders, company checks and PayPal. Company checks may take up to 10 business days to clear. We do not accept e-checks, but PayPal can be used as an alternative.

When do I receive my tracking number?

Once your item has shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with your tracking number the following day.

Where can I find product dimensions?

All product dimensions are listed in the specifications of the product listing.

Who will ship the product?

Depending upon your location we use different freight companies. In most places, DHL and delhivery will be your shipper. 

How will I know if you've received my return?

We will email you confirming that the return was processed. You can trace your package using the tracking number and visit.

How long does it take to process my return?

After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within 10-15 days. For returns on undamaged products we normally charge a 20% restocking fee.
